Stay pumped with the new pressure monitoring accessory

Tyre pressure is one of the most important factors that determine the stability of a bike on the road. Consequently, it has a great impact on the safety of riders at all times.

Normally, riders check the pressure of their tires at the start of their journey and will only stop to do an inspection in case they feel suspicious. That does not have to be the case anymore though. With a new monitoring gadget that can be attached to and read from the handlebars, riders can now be able to keep tabs on the pressure of their tires at all times.

The accessory consists of a display screen and two valve-cap-sensors that receive data from the wheels. The sensors then display the pressure of each wheel on the wrist-watch like screen. The system is very light, with the bit attached to the wheel weighing only nine grams.

The monitor is also able to keep tabs on wheel temperature and notify the rider accordingly when it is necessary to stop and cool down. This is one of the simplest biking accessories of the modern world, but no serious biker will underestimate its usefulness.
